Done by AI

Arrive at your desk with the work already done.

On 17 September I'm opening up the AI operating system I run my own business on. Live, on screen, nothing pre-recorded. The branded proposals, inbox triage, LinkedIn content, & the website that sat untouched for two years and now updates itself every week. (and more!!)

Then the 6-step AI Handover Method, so you leave knowing which job to hand over to AI first. No code. I trained as a journalist, not a developer.

It's working. It just hasn't clicked.

You open the laptop at 8am. 37 emails waiting, and Slack is about to pop off. So you spend two hours sorting what matters from what's junk, and before you look up the morning has gone and your best energy went with it.

Nothing ever feels done. You're pedalling furiously underneath to keep your head above water and look like you've got it together on the Zoom call, 76 Chrome tabs open, multitasking your way to freedom.

And you know where your attention should be. The one thing that would change everything if you gave it a proper run but there's never the time or the energy.

So nothing changes.
Month to month. Year to year.

You've got the tools and you're still doing the work, just through the medium of Claude or ChatGPT. Even the small stuff. Because it needs babysitting.

Meanwhile there's a reel every night of somebody making a bazillion dollars a minute with Claude Code. I knew that was a lie. It still got to me, because it had to be better than this.

It is. Claude and ChatGPT are tools. They need a system underneath. That's what I show you. How to go from chaos to calm... hint:

You can't automate chaos.

When work is handed over...

This morning I walked the dog on the beach while Claude did my inbox. I got back to five emails that needed me. My LinkedIn post was already written, pulled out of a transcript I'd recorded. My website site had pushed another set of SEO updates, and nobody asked it to.

So I sat down and went straight at the work I want to be doing, with the good energy, at the start of the day. Which was writing this this page, as it happens.

Same 8am & same laptop. But six key steps between them, and I'll walk you through all six on Thursday.

What we're doing on the day

Not another PowerPoint presentation. See under the hood!!

I'll share my screen for the whole session so you see files, workflows, instructions, and real work landing. You see it run, then you see how it's put together.

6 steps to handover work to AI

By the end you'll have seen first hand how to systemise and automate your world with AI.

This one's for you if

You're using AI but you know it can do more of your work (just not sure how)

Your best hours go to admin, and the thing that would actually grow the business keeps sliding to next week.

You're running a small team and you can feel the next hire coming before you can afford it.

You've got a job and you're a side-hustle in the margins, on your lunch break, with whatever energy is left.

You're a Soloprenuer and you want to build an one person business with Claude

You feel overwhelmed by AI and want to see real use cases, not hype.

You want to build an AI system so you come out of this AI wave ahead, not behind.

It doesn't matter how technical you are. I trained as a journalist, not a developer.

Most people write to me saying "I want to automate my work, I can't work out how or what it can do."

So I built a coach you can use to figure out where (and how) to use AI in your life.

You leave with the answer for YOUR business. Your AI use cases picked and mapped.

It's yours for being in the room on the 17th.

I'm Eliot

Eliot Prince

Back in 2014 I was doing 12-hour shifts for minimum wage, so I set myself one goal. Open my laptop and work from anywhere in the world.

I learned SEO. Built and sold a business somewhere in the middle of it. Took senior roles in-house and at agencies, then opened my own.

And I kept hitting the same ceiling. Drowning in deadlines, pedalling under the desk to keep my head above water.

Then a holiday came up with impossible deadlines stacked in front of it, and I had no choice but to work out how to use AI properly. An hour a day, refining. By the end of that month I looked up and I'd done five days of work in eight hours, without the burnout and without the quality dropping.

The next two years I spent piecing the rest together on my own. YouTube, social, testing everything, seeing what stuck. It worked but damn was slow.

What moved it was getting in with people using this for real and having them show me. Not a video. The actual screen, the actual files, the thing running in front of me. My output and the quality of everything I made changed inside a few months.

I'm not the sharpest person in this space by a mile. I'm the one who made the systems boring enough to run every single day. Now I focus on the good stuff!

I want to do the same for you. Open up my AI systems, show you everything, and download as much of my brain into yours as I can fit into 90 minutes.

Questions

Will it work for my business?+

This is about systems, so yes. Whatever you sell, if you want it running smoothly you need the right processes in place for AI to execute against. The six steps don't change. The jobs you put through them do. And I'll take a couple of business types out of the chat on the day and show you where they'd plug in.

I'm not technical. Is this going to go over my head?+

I trained as a journalist, not a developer. Nothing I'll show you needed code, and none of it needed someone technical to build. The whole skill is being able to explain clearly what you want, and we can all do that.

Is this a pitch?+

Not just a pitch, no. There are no PowerPoint slides. We're cracking open my AI systems and showing you the lot, live. Do I run a business? Yes. So if you get to the end and reckon I can help you get there faster, there's something you can buy. Everything before that is me giving you as much as I can physically fit into 90 minutes.

I've bought AI courses before and never finished them.+

This isn't a course. It's 90 minutes, live, once. Think of it as one of my YouTube videos on steroids, with all the detail I never have room for on there. There's nothing to log into afterwards and nothing sat in a library making you feel guilty. You turn up, you see how it's built, you leave with the six steps.

Will there be a replay?+

Yes. It's recorded and the replay lands in your inbox within 24 hours. Live is better though. There's a Q&A at the end where you can ask me anything, and that only happens once. The AI Handover Coach only goes to people who were in the room.

What if 16:00 UK doesn't work for me?+

What's the AI Handover Coach?+

Something I built to answer the thing people write to me about most, which is "I want to automate my work but I can't work out how, and I'm not sure it's even possible for what I do." It interviews you about your week, works out which of it can be handed over and which bits are more trouble than they're worth, and gives you one to start with. You get it for turning up live.

What do I need to have ready?+

[ Eliot to answer ]

Come and see how it's done.

Thursday 17 September, 4pm UK and 11am ET. Live on Zoom, 90 minutes, Q&A at the end.

You'll see the whole thing running and how it's put together, and you'll leave with the six steps to build your own.
